International attendees must have valid passport and visa. They are requested to apply for a valid visa (Conference Visa) well in advance as per the Govt. of India rules. More information regarding rules and procedures can be obtained from the website indianvisaonline.gov.in

Bengaluru, earlier called as Bangalore is the capital city of the Karnataka state of India. It was founded by Kempe Gowda, feudal ruler of Vijayanagar Empire during 16th century. Bengaluru is known as the Silicon Valley or garden city of India. It is located at 12.97°N 77.56°E on the Deccan Plateau in the south-eastern part of Karnataka at a height of over 3,000 feet (914.4 m) above sea level. The city covers an area of more than 741 square kilometers (286 sq m) and has a population of over 8.5 million people. A demographically diverse megacity, Bengaluru is a major economic and cultural hub and the second-fastest growing major metropolis in India. Bengaluru is known as the Silicon valley of India because of its position as the nation’s leading IT exporter. There are number of tourist attractions in and around Bengaluru.
Climate: Bengaluru has a Tropical Savanna climate and enjoys pleasant climate throughout the year. The conference period coincides with the rainy season and temperature is likely to be around 250C to 350C during day time and 150C to 250C during night time.
Cultural Events: Cultural programme will be arranged for the benefit of registered delegates and accompanying members on July 24th 2019 during the evening to provide insights into diverse Indian culture by professional artists.
